The Inn has selection of rooms, appointed with unique furnishings and comfortable amenities. All guest rooms feature: King or Queen size beds, Air Conditioning, Cable LCD TV/DVD or VCR, parking, daily housekeeping, breakfast and Wifi internet access. We provide complimentary beach chairs, movie library and personalized concierge service.

Policies: Check-in time: 2pm-6pm (arrangements must be made for late check-ins). Parking for one car per room. Check out time is 11am for guests and their cars.   A minimum stay may be suggested over any weekend during our peak in season (June 20 - September 14) and for certain special events and Holidays. Call for details. How to get here: Our physical address is 67 School Street, Ogunquit Maine 03907. Telephone: 207.646.1112 Ogunquit is only 66 miles (108 KM) north of Boston. Ogunquit is easily accessed from I-95 (exit 7). Then take Route 1 North 7.3 miles. School Street is the third right off of Route One when you enter the town. Ogunquit Beach Inn is the Green clapboard House on the right. Ogunquit is only 4.5 hours from NYC (closer than going to Cape Cod) You can fly into Boston's Logan Airport, Manchester NH Airport or Portland Jet Port. Deposits: We require a  1 nights stay deposit to hold your reservation.  Balance due upon arrival prior to check in.  Deposits other than credit cards must be received within (7) seven days after you have made your reservation. Reservations made within (14) fourteen days of arrival can only be held by a credit card. Personal checks are accepted on deposits only. Balance is due upon arrival in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Traveler's Checks or cash. There are no refunds for early departures. All rooms are subject to Maine 7% sales tax.   Pets Sorry no pets.  We do recommend a boarding facility in neighboring York. Please visit our links page for more info. Cancellations There is a 10% Service Charge on all cancellations. Your deposit will be refunded minus 10% if you cancel 21 days prior to your reservation. If you cancel within 21 days, your deposit (90%) is only refundable if we are able to rent the room for the canceled period.
